- Control and monitor the BPKB and land & building certificates in the data collection and storage process
- Monitor the utilization of insurance protection as well as the fulfillment of claims and refunds made
- Control the disposal unit process
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00 of 4.00.
- Fresh Graduate or Having a minimum 2-year experience in Asset Management, Accounting or Finance and Tax Field will be an advantage.
- Proven creation and analyzing financial statements regularly.
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical thinking, initiative and customer-driven.
- Placement in North Jakarta
