IMMEDIATE OPENING: Cuddle Kids Dental Care in Fort Worth is looking for an additional experienced front desk to join our team. The secret to our success has been in creating a team that loves our little patients, their parents, and best of all our team! We're willing to pay for a higher skill set. REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST have 2 years of Pedo dental front desk, Open Dental and Medicaid
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be working with the clinical team to schedule treatment.
- Preparing consent forms
- Offering 3rd party financing such as Care Credit
- Partnering with the doctor and assistants to assure that the treatment schedule is prepared for the day.
- Confirming appointments
- Consent forms are prepared and signed
- Patient medical concerns and parents' concerns are addressed
- Greet the parents/patient as they enter the practice
Software: Open Dental, Flex
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:45-5:00pm
