·We are looking for an enthusiastic & result oriented Telesales Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound & inbound calls to prospective customers and from provided leads and cold calling lists.
- Establish long-term relationships with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a customer lists
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquries and provide information to customers & Leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
Skills required:
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have fluent English speaking skills
- Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer services role
- Previous experience in outbound telesales or a similar sales role is preferred
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain that to clients
- Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
- Minimum 2 years of Telephone sales experience.
- International Call Center / Business Development Experience of Telephone Sales in North American Market

Salary: Rs55,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
