PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES


The person will be responsible for leading, planning and coordinating daily activities for Family Nexus @ Bukit Canberra, as well as resource utilisation to ensure efficient and effective management of Family Nexus.


The main duties are:


  • Operations of Family Nexus @ Bukit Canberra

  • Manage and oversee daily functions of Family Nexus: plan, direct and monitor daily performance and review areas of opportunities for improvement to meet desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Lead engagements with external agencies and community partners to establish collaborations and referral workflows
  • Take charge of providing support to clients or families navigating the social-health system by providing information, advice and resources on parenting practices, peer support and social support
  • Take charge of community outreach and publicity related to Family Nexus
  • Responsible for Family Nexus’s assets and materials
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements as well as policies, procedures and working instructions in areas related to Family Nexus
  • Lead the team in change management as well as establishing effective collaborations with other agencies, departments and service partners to support Family Nexus’s objectives and outreach, as well as implementation of new initiatives
  • Ensure there is proper closure on feedback related to Family Nexus
  • Manage and plan the budget for Family Nexus
  • Ensure PDPA compliance measures are effectively in place
  • Plan business continuity activities

  • Service and Quality Improvements

  • Drive service excellence in relation to Family Nexus, collaborating with the Service Leadership and Patient Relations (SLPR) department
  • Identify and drive areas of process improvements, design relevant action plans and monitor results to drive continuous improvements and spread good practices

  • Staff Management and Engagement

  • In charge of manpower planning which includes ensuring efficient deployment of manpower and resources to meet Family Nexus’s needs and KPIs
  • Coach, nurture, inspire and empower Family Nexus staff in their continuous learning and career development
  • Work closely with NHGP stakeholders to design and implement appropriate induction, training and development program, and career roadmaps for Family Nexus staff

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • To lead in tasks and/or projects as assigned
  • To assume other roles and responsibilities as and when directed by supervisor(s)
