Job Title: Junior Production Assistant - Signage Division
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Assistant to join our Signage Division team. The ideal candidate will assist in the production process, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of signage projects.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Collaborate with the production team to execute signage projects according to specifications.
2. Assist in the preparation and assembly of signage materials.
3. Operate and maintain production equipment, ensuring functionality and safety.
4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the procurement team for material replenishment.
5. Support in quality control processes to meet industry standards.
6. Follow production schedules to ensure timely project completion.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Requirements:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications a plus.
2. Previous experience in a production environment, preferably in signage or related industry.
3. Basic understanding of signage materials, production techniques, and equipment.
4. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
6. Good organizational and time-management skills.
7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
**Preferred Skills:**
1. Proficiency in using production equipment such as cutting machines, printers, and laminators.
2. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
