We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive who can manage the online business for Home Appliances, Electronics and Medical Devices.
Roles -
- Manage the products & website management, catalogue, and day-to-day ecommerce operations.
- Meeting customers expectations by recommending changes to product or services and websites.
- Providing support for strategy development and sales performances.
- Receive and process orders, coordinate and ensure delivery on a timely manner.
- Responsible for listing and setting-up new items in all online customer platforms.
- Maintain product presentation on all key online website to ensure correct categorization, images, video, pricing and promotional offers are accurate and meet internal requirements.
- Provide stock updates and monitor out-of-stock situation.
- Assist with other related task and projects not limited to the Ecommerce.
Requirements –
- At least 3-4 year experience in ecommerce platforms.
- Excellent computer skills especially in Excel,
- knowledge in vlookup and pivot tables is a must
- Expertise in online listing at all the marketplace accounts (Amazon,Noon, Desert cart etc)
- Very Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Data Gathering and analysis skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
