Responsibilities: We are looking for Lead and Assistant Teachers to join The Learning Tree family! This role entails, but not limited to:
- Build positive relationships with children, families and co-workers. Provide nurturing, caring interactions with children to support their needs.
- Implement Highscope Daily Routing & Curriculum. Attend monthly trainings for continuous improvement in curriculum areas.
- Follow licensing guidelines and company policy and procedures to maintain the safest, healthiest environment for children to learn and grow.
- Communicate with co-workers and supervisors to maintain a positive work environment.
- Support our Core Values and grow with us!
