LOCATION: Centennial Auto Sport & Tire, Summerside, PEI
HOURS: Full time hours - Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturdays 9am - 12pm
WAGES: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional client service and phone skills are essential.
- Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and computer skills.
- Reliable and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
- Highly organized, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Knowledge of vehicles is considered a valuable asset, but not mandatory.
MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle and direct phone calls to ensure efficient communication.
- Respond promptly to client emails, delivering excellent customer service.
- Greet everyone with professionalism, helpfulness, and timeliness, creating a positive atmosphere.
- Complete daily service reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide appointment reminders and follow up with service customers, going the extra mile.
- Perform general administration duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
