POSITION : ARCHITECT
LOCATION: ILUPEJU LAGOS STATE
JOB DESCRIPTION PROJECT ARCHITECT
We are looking for a creative and inspired architect to handle projects from initial
client briefing through to the final stages of construction. The architect’s
responsibilities include managing client’s relationship, developing and presenting
proposals, drawings, specification budgets any construction document and finally
manage project teams. You should be able to take ownership of any project
assigned to you, be it design, construction or renovation and deliver on a timely
manager to the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIRMENTS
2 years’ post study experience as a project architect
Should have knowledge on architectural software (Adobe creative suite, Revit,
AutoCad, 3ds Max or any other rendering software)
Preparing detailed drawings showing appearance, structure and interior of the
building project
Prepare project reports/snag/conducting research/contract documents
Managing project team and collaborating with other construction
professionals
Good communication skills
Strong creative visualization skills
Creating and monitoring project timelines
Periodic site visitations
Working hours 8:30 – 5pm Monday to Fridays (In certain cases weekend should
be have tight deadlines
A nicely curated portfolio with past projects (required for the interview)
Should preferably reside on the mainland
SALARY
Competitive salary ranging from N150,000 and it is
(subject to renewal)
