As a leading figure in the claim arena, it’s this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Motor Claims Handler/ Credit Hire will be responsible for managing the policy holders motor claim journey.
In return, the Motor Claims Handler/ Credit Hire will expect a salary of up to £27,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
Roles & Responsibilites: Full claims process, first notification to final settlement
Ensure all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
Working with Motor / Third Party Property Damage Claims
Full Caseload Claims Management
Skills & Requirements: Proven experience within motor claims, specifically with third-party property damage (TPPD) experience
Excellent customer service experience and ability to manage complex claims
Ability to negotiate and settle claims
Strong organization skills and high level of attention to detail
