- To effectively manage the line/your area and its production to ensure KPI’s targets are met.
- To ensure your line/area is fully set up and operational at the start of the shift before Production Operatives arrive for the start of their shift
- To liaise with relevant Internal Departments to ensure the products are produced in accordance with the Works Orders
- To ensure products are produced in compliance with customer specifications.
- Ensure appraisals and reviews are carried out with staff with support of Training Officer
- Continually look to develop staff and to ensure that staff are fully utilising their skills
- Develop and review good working practices and Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Equal Opportunity Policy at all times
- To coach and develop staff to improve individual and section performance
- To ensure the appropriate delegation of tasks within the section
- To ensure that the staffing levels are as required and that resource is effectively utilised
- To actively promote a customer focussed environment
- To remain fair and respectful to all staff
Shift Pattern:
· Tuesday - Friday 2pm till 10.30pm
. Saturday - 9am till 5pm
