Job Description


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To follow the Comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and all policies regulation company rules.
  • Support shift member technician as leader to make them successful leading the assignment i.e., use your knowledge/skills as skill technicians to help develop team.
  • Encourage and Support Team in identifying and making Improvements throughout the project.
  • Support performs manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving, Errors may impact client operations, costs or schedules.
  • Supervises/Develops other technicians’ performance with proper training and supervision in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
  • Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
  • Executes tasks/assignments that are well defined by Engineer.
  • Manages personnel under responsibility for having a good moral, good behavior and nice working, HAPPY workplace.
  • Contribute team to perform support Facility activities.
  • Outcomes managed impact the teams under his/her direct leadership and, possibly, related teams.
  • Regularly interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers.
  • Interaction normally involves matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
  • Influences others inside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures

Qualifications


REQUIRED:

  • High Vocational of certificate or Higher in Engineering field or related field
  • At least 6+ years of related experience in Test Engineering

PREFERRED:

  • Coordination skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skills
  • People Management & Development Skill
  • Strategic Planning Skill.
  • Problem Solving & Decision making skill

SKILLS:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Computer literacy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoints, Excel, and Word
