We are currently looking for a skilled B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic Promova team. You will play the important role which means to achieve a growing number of subscribers by the converting users into purchases.

Promova (http://promova.com/) is a one-stop language learning platform that includes a mobile app, conversation clubs, group classes and one-to-one lessons with tutors. We have a popular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 10 million times, and our learners completed over 35 million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2 years is to secure a spot among top 5 online language learning services worldwide. Looking ahead, within the next five years, we want to achieve the status of a unicorn company with Ukrainian roots!

ABOUT YOU:

  • 1+ year in a similar role in IT B2B business
  • Sales skills (ability to write, negotiate, analyse and refine scripts, ability to analyse the data)
  • Negotiations - strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  • Software - proficiency in computer programs and technologies, such as customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Team Player - ability to work independently and in a team environment.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Sales - communication, following up and closing deals.
  • CRM - maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using CRM.
