The Copywriter role is responsible for creating persuasive and engaging content in line with the company’s overall brand voice. An excellent candidate for this role will be creative, collaborative and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities

- Write action-driven copy for the following mediums: website content, emails, social media campaigns, blogs, digital and print ads, online platform features and video scripts.
- Author both external and internal communication pieces.
- Use and stay up to date on the latest and best content practices to optimize reach of all digital footprints.
- Work directly with business leaders to refine messaging and support business strategies with engaging copy/narrative.
- Understand our current brand voice and have the desire and ability to refine voice as the brand evolves.
- Ensure that the company has one common voice/theme to solidify brand(s).
- Collaborate with the design and video teams to ensure that copy and graphics are aligned for maximum campaign success.
- Produce quality deliverables with a quick turnaround.
- Research topics to create valuable and engaging content.
- Optimize website content for SEO purposes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, online publishing, PR or related field Copy-editing skills
- Familiar with different writing style guides, particularly styles often used in marketing campaigns
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or coursework (preferred)
- Experience prioritizing projects and organizing assignments
- Ability to write persuasive, compelling copy for various audiences and platforms
- Strong research skills
- Excel in collaborative team environment
