About the role:

As a Support Officer you will ensure a high-level member support is provided for Members of courts and tribunals. This is a temp opportunity with ASAP start for the next 6 weeks. You will join a supportive team and the systems training will be provided.

You would be responsible for:

• Following processes for particular applications
• Ensuring prompt listing of events, updating and uploading of case related documentation in the case management system
• Preparing correspondence and other relevant documentation and occasional minute taking
• Checking court applications/documents filed for completeness to ensure compliance
• Raising potential issues with the appropriate Member
• Providing appropriate assistance to parties and their representatives and ensure they are ready and prepared for the hearing/conference

About you:

We are looking for a collaborative team player with an exceptional communication skill and with previous exposure to legal administration or case management. If you are a legal graduate or an experienced legal secretary who would like to try a different challenge - we also want to hear from you!

You will also have:

• Previous Experience working in a court or tribunal setting, including providing in-court support
• Confident manner and polished presentation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good computer skills and typing ability
