A Snapshot of Your Day
You will receive purchase order requests and purchase order change requests and preform them in our ERP system or guided buying tool for indirect material. You will also receive shipment requests, book them with our transport service provider, prepare relevant documents and track the shipments. The creation or extension of vendors and customers will also be among your tasks.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Supporting and securing completeness and on time delivery of shipments and correct declaration of export data;
Creates purchase orders to suppliers;
Creates Vendors and Customers in the relevant IT systems;
Prepares the delivery notes and all relevant documents for shipments and ensures its correctness;
Prepares the relevant export paperwork in cooperation with customs department;
Orders the transport on time and monitors continuously the realization of the transport, the current location of the goods and the estimated time of arrival;
Drives process clarification and optimization and supports transparency of processes towards all stakeholders;
Supports with root cause analysis in case of delayed or failed delivery.
