Develop training programs and provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Handle foreign worker issues and hostel-related matters.
Remain updated on HRDF government policies and subsidies.
Manage payroll and statutory processing.
Handle attendance leave management insurance and medical expenses.
Update employee records and liaise with authorities and departments when necessary.
Comply with labor laws and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
