- Fully responsible for the branches daily operation includes opening & closing of outlet, sales, cleanliness & safety in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Entertain walk in and online customers.
- Offer a consistently good memorable customer service experience.
- Achieve and meet the sales target.
- Plan among the team to maintaining and increasing of company sales.
- Manage company E-commerce platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Page, Instagram, Tik Tok & Website.
- Develop E-commerce strategy to promote sales via online and live marketing.
- Addressing and resolving customer’s complaints in a professional manner.

Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Able to follow the retail operating hours and work on weekends and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
