Apply today as you might be the Business Analyst we are looking for to join our FlexTouch® Moulding department.
The position
As Business Analyst you will be a key player in supporting the management team, consisting of 12 Managers, by establishing effective and efficient support structures, support processes as well as developing tools to ensure process optimizations and decision making at tactical and/or strategic level.
You will be overall responsible for:
- Establishing, maintaining, and developing systems and processes to manage and follow-up on local financial activities, driving the annual budget process and ensuring close follow-up
- Translating business problems into most efficient and effective analysis plan; developing analytical tools, executing the analysis including data requirements, data preparation, conclusions, and recommendations
- Building and managing the local project portfolio to ensure right prioritization, resource allocation and progress
- Creating structure for mid- to long-term capacity planning building on current and future production equipment to improve flexibility and efficiency.
You will report directly to the Vice President (VP) for FlexTouch® Moulding and become part of a highly engaged management team where you will be able to impact the strategic direction of the department and help forming the future. As this is a newly created position, you will also be part of defining the content and responsibility of your role.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have:
- At least 3 years’ of experience from a similar position within business analysis, business controlling, performance improvement or similar
- A relevant master’s degree
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complex situations, collecting data, and effectively synthesizing to form a complete and cohesive picture
- Knowledge within SAP or other ERP system as well as experience with presentation and BI tools such as PowerPoint, Tableau, Excel
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
It would be considered as an advantage if you have technical understanding from a production environment.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that allow you to build strong working relationships, communicate clearly and effectively influence all levels in the organisation. You know how to listen, show respect, and evaluate problems in an analytical, structured and concrete manner that creates solutions. As a person, you are curious, have a drive to succeed and the ability to work both alone and in teams. Also, you see yourself as an executer who gets the job done on time without compromising the quality in your deliverables. You can handle a lot of activities simultaneously.
About the department
Being a part of Novo Nordisk’s Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) means working with a global focus at one of the world’s largest and most successful pharmaceutical companies. Our DMS organisation is responsible for manufacturing and sourcing of devices and device components and as such a vital part of Novo Nordisk’s delivery to our patients.
You will join our FlexTouch® Moulding department based in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 185 colleagues working in 8 teams. We produce large quantities of plastic components in our internal factory in Hillerød and drive process improvements and optimizations across a global network of contract manufactures. The plastic components are used for manufacturing of medical devices used for a wide number of Novo Nordisk products.
