Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and train a team of engineers in SIEM (Splunk, QRadar) implementation, maintenance and support
- Reviews daily activity and implements opportunities to maximize service delivery from both technical and non-technical capacities.
- Ensure service delivery qualities are met and exceeded through the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Represents the Company’s culture of high delivery service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Splunk implementation.
