Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to product usage, user behavior, and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for product success and track progress against goals.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Work closely with the product team to define and prioritize product requirements based on user insights, market analysis, and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and data analysis.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and support data to identify areas for product improvement and enhance user experience.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in course
- With 1-2year(s) work experience with product management methodologies and frameworks is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office formula such as Excel, Words etc.
- With strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- With analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
- Average knowledge with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Excellent in both oral & written English communication
- Able to work under pressure and beyond normal office hours
- Flexible, can work during weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be willing to work in Pasay area

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
