Osiris International is a systems manufacturer specializing in photolithographic process equipment used in semiconductor and microsystems (MEMS) technology. Major semiconductor manufacturers and internationally renowned research and development institutions are amongst Osiris´ worldwide customer base. The equipment provided by Osiris international range from manual laboratory systems to fully automated cluster systems. In addition, Osiris International offers components (e.g. chucks, end-effectors) and sub-systems (e.g. dispense systems, media supply cabinets with various canister designs).
Osiris International is a subsidiary of Lab14, which is a subsidiary of RSBG SE, wholly owned by the RAG Foundation. The RAG Foundation finances the permanent liabilities left behind by the German coal mining industry and supports projects in the fields of education, science and culture.
Your mission
- Assembling mechanical assemblies as well as electro-pneumatic assemblies on special construction systems
- Reading of circuit diagrams, parts lists and function diagrams
- Electronic wiring and pneumatic hosing
- Installation of switch cabinets
- Optimization of prototypes
- Cooperation with other departments, e.g. the development department
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- System commissioning and service visits to the customer
- 20% willingness to travel for maintenance work (worldwide)
Your profile
- Completed professional training as a mechatronics technician (f/m/o) or related professions
- Independent work according to electrical circuit diagrams
- Ideally professional experience in mechanical engineering / special machine construction
- Solid knowledge of electronics and pneumatics
- Ideally experience in assembly, calibration and individual wiring
- Routine handling of the common MS-Office applications
- Independent and target-oriented way of working and readiness for action
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Ability to work in a team
