In Evergrow SA we are looking for a Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA & QC) Engineer , on behalf of our client, an industrial-commercial company, which develops and manufactures high quality sliding door fittings and added value handling systems. The company enforces a continuous quality control program and operates under the high-quality standards of ISO 9001:2015. They have an expanded network with facilities at central Europe, UK and China, while their base in Greece is located in Corinth.
Our ideal candidate is an engineer with strong organizing skills and problem-solving abilities, who will promote a systems approach and a continuous improvement mentality in the company, build quality within production processes and has a positive contribution to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Determine quality metrics for all production processes
Develop quality control plans and the relevant procedures for all products, based on product standards and customer requirements
Set and track quality assurance goals
Maintain and further develop the ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System of the company
Prepare quality reports
Perform internal audits according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements
Develop a continuous improvement mechanism in collaboration with production teams
Inspect incoming products under quality plans and the relevant standards
Candidate Profile
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2-3 years of experience in design and product engineering and metal structures
Experience in the fields Quality Assurance and Quality Control
Metal structures design and research experience
Excellent knowledge of design programs (2D AUTOCAD / 3D SOLIDWORKS)
Experience in Non-Destructive Welding Inspection (Level II certification in VT, PT)
Excellent knowledge of English language
Knowledge of German will be considered as an additional qualification
Ability to organize and multitask
Problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking
Excellent communication skills
Spirit of teamwork and cooperation
Permanent resident in the wide area of Corinthia
