The
embedded systems team is responsible for developing the embedded functionality of our positioning platforms. This includes power management, memory management, communication, interfaces, security functionality including encryption, CPU and computing power, information handling and more.
We are experts in embedded operating systems, drivers, low-level software and hardware for our positioning products.
For this team we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help us in our transformation into an agile organization.
We are organized in three cross-functional Scrum teams full of motivated and talented engineers. We have the technical expertise and are looking for your experience as Scrum Master to support, coach and mentor us.
The role is located in Tampere/ Finland or in Athens/ Greece.There will be occasional travel within Europe.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for three development teams
- Mentor and coach the team on agile standards and best practices
- Facilitate and lead all Scrum processes and events, sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives etc.
- Support and educate the Product Owner, especially in refining and managing the product backlog
- At least 2 years of experience as Scrum Master
- Experience in embedded software development
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar education
- Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Certified Scrum Master (PSM or CSM)
- Experience in other agile methodologies (Kanban, XP etc.)
- Experience with Scrum at scale
