This position works at Umraniye location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

As the Senior Finance & Demand Analyst, you will be reporting to Finance & Demand Senior Manager.

What You’ll Do

    • Coordinate and manage Demand Management and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
    • Responsible for creating and maintaining the consensus of 28 monthsling Demand Plaroln by working closely with the marketing team
    • Perform Net Sales and Gross Margin calculation of total entity, along with performance analysis vs different scenarios, such as Price/Volume analysis, Performance/Exchange variances etc.
    • Establish good communication between business and financial departments to provide plans delivered according to one single-figure set (One set of numbers)
    • Perform ad-hoc request for top-management team meetings and business cases upon request
    • Keep track of and document the assumptions behind the numbers that make up the company sales forecasts for both In-market and To-market
    • Prepare scenario analysis based on current assumptions and potential threads/opportunities to be presented to the top management
    • Minimize the effect of changes to the forecasts on the supply chain taking the time fence into account.
    • Ensure data under his/her responsibility on global and local demand & supply systems is accurate and up to date.
    • Identify the differences of forecast figures compared the actual sales figures, and other benchmarks and track the performance
    • Attend New product launch (NPI) and localization meetings that will determine market projections
    • Ensure that the supply of products and new product forecasts are conducted in accordance with the new product launch calendar and project plan
    • Provide support in the preparation of current and potential backorder reports
    • Consolidate the information to be used in S&OP meetings, and ensure following up of S&OP agenda and action plans
    • Participate & support financial plan and analysis (Last Best Estimate & Plan)
    • Prepare monthly, periodic and annual reports within time limits: Sales Flash Report, Monthly Tracking Report, Submission 2 Report, Forecast Accuracy KPI Report, Monthly Call Report and Backorder and Loss Sales Report.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related disciplines
  • Preferably 4-5 years industry experience, in Finance & Demand departments
  • Strong computer skills, especially using Excel with ability to create spreadsheets and perform advanced formulas and functions.
  • Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
