The role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Your role is pivotal in aligning sales and marketing efforts, identifying market opportunities, and creating actionable plans to effectively promote products or services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and sales enablement programs..

Principal Accountabilities

Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and market trends. Identify key target markets, customer segments, and competitive advantages to drive revenue growth.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors. Utilize data-driven insights to formulate effective marketing campaigns and sales approaches.

Marketing Strategy Development: Based on market research insights, create strategic marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. These plans may include product positioning, pricing strategies, distribution channels, and promotional activities.

Marketing Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts for better results.

Market Segmentation: Identify and target specific customer segments or niches to tailor marketing messages and campaigns accordingly.

STATUTORY REQUIREMENT

● Ensuring the implementation of legislation, company standards and procedures are followed.

Requirements

● Proficiency in both spoken and written English at a business level is essential. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin would be a valuable additional qualification.

● Experiences in high value products and service industry will be helpful

● Exposure with USA and European Region is a must.

● Excellent communication & management skills

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

● At least 5 years of working experience in the related field for this position.

● Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role covering European and North America markets.

● Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

● Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
