Responsibilities: Responsible for product, strip layout and tool design to meet requirement. Plan & study possibility of tool design, Improvement & Modification. Responsible for product that meet First Article Approval and that project. Schedule are achieving on time. Able to handle Engineering documentation, verification and record. Ensure team goals and objectives are met through effectives involvement and contribution. Must be proficient in perspective, detail & technical drawings. Delivery designs that put emphasis on best user experience. Ability to learn new software quickly and work with minimal guidance. Preparation of the WI, Process drawing, study on DFM during design stage. Liaise with other department in any engineering or quality solution. Participate in the DFM study externally (customer) or internally (sales team) Jig & Fixture Design. Any other duties assigned by superior. Specific Skills: - Good analytical skills, Mechanical Engineering background. - Skilled in Solidworks, Unigraphics, Pro E, AutoCad software. - Knowledge of Stamping Tool & Die. - Able to experience both manual and progressive tools of 60 up to 600 tonnes.We are a public listed one-stop mechanical manufacturing solutions provider with our presence in Asia.
