Senior Business Development Manager, Indonesia(f/m/x) [Indonesia]


 
AVOW is a global app growth marketing company specialized in mobile OEM inventory. The company provides brands a unique opportunity to access untapped mobile advertising inventory at scale and invest their advertising spend across alternative channels for incremental user growth and engagement.

As we continue to expand our activities in South East Asia, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to be based in Jakarta. This role focuses on building our portfolio in the region by selling our solutions to new Advertisers and further developing business relationships with our clients. The right candidate should be ambitious, with strong communication skills and an innovative mindset, and is willing to unlock all key opportunities in a fast-paced market for Mobile Advertising such as Indonesia.

Tasks

What you will do:
  • Co-own and develop the Indonesian region by leading market penetration and becoming the face of the company.
  • Grow AVOW's Advertiser portfolio through high activity levels, networking, and educating the market on OEM value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from prospect to onboarding- and aim to close 5-10 deals in your first 6 months.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional team members to situate your accounts for success and drive account growth.
  • Represent AVOW and articulate our value proposition to key decision-makers in top mobile companies.
  • Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising, and attend key industry events and conferences.
Requirements

Your profile:
  • You are looking for a role where you can take full ownership over a market/region and its business development activities, end to end.
  • You have extensive professional experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or in a role with similar dynamics and skills.
  • You consider yourself an ambitious and creative sales/business dev professional. aiming to really see the impact of your work in the business.
  • You have professional experience in the AdTech, Performance Marketing, or Mobile Industry.
  • You are a good negotiator and a strong communicator.
  • You can present AVOW’s innovative product offering to potential clients and bring market feedback back to drive improvements in AVOW’s product and positioning.
  • You are a team player who can work from home and independently.
  • You are attentive to details; previous CRM experience is a plus!
  • Professionalism based on actionable metrics and strong work ethics.
Location: This role is based out of Indonesia, preferably in Jakarta.
