Merantix Momentum is growing fast. We want you to help us grow even faster by joining our business development team as a sales manager with a focus on client acquisition.

Your role

Merantix Momentum is looking for a Sales Manager who is determined to bring AI into Europe’s traditional industries. Supported by a great technical team, you will build out and own our client acquisition processes for both our project-based business as well as our new solution business. You will establish long-term client relationships. In particular, your responsibilities include to:

  • Set up and continuously improve efficient and effective sales processes;
  • Own, oversee, and evaluate all sales processes and work towards quantified targets;
  • Initiate and manage client relationships, act as a key account manager;
  • Manage and measure our current project acquisition channels and initiate new channels;
  • Represent Merantix at conferences, client meetings, etc;
  • Understand various markets and the role of AI within them to identify new opportunities.
Your profile

The Merantix team culture is defined by ownership and trust. We’re looking for driven and capable people with a strong interest in solution sales, key account management, and growth. We expect that you have a proven track record in selling complex technology products and/or solutions to enterprise customers.

Any of the following experiences and skills are a strong plus for your application. Ideally, you also

  • are familiar with current AI technology trends and industry-specific applications
  • work in a very well-organized and structured way with special attention to quantitative approaches and KPI´s
  • are a strong communicator in writing and in person, preferably in both German and English
  • are able to produce professional, well-worded, and well-structured materials for sales and marketing
