Account Admin [Singapore]


 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general bookkeeping, and handling daily accounting functions such as AR / AP, bank reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Handles invoicing accurately and issue to clients in a timely manner
  • Processing of payable invoices and tracking

  • Other ad-hoc duties or initiatives assigned

You shall be responsible for preparing the full sets accounts. Shall be in-charged for preparing and reviewing the quarterly GST report & GST returns for submission. Specific to account receivable, account payable, tax filing, data compilation, biling, payroll or other accounting tasks.

  • Preparation of tax invoices and follow up closely on payments
  • Preparation of Statement of Accounts to customers
  • Preparation of quarterly GST for submission
  • Preparation of salaries, Staff Claims and CPF for submission
  • Preparation of IR8A form and AIS submission
  • Update/Control of Cash Flow and do monthly Bank Reconciliation
  • Responsible for company insurance matters, motor vehicle, workmen comp etc.


Requirements:

  • Experience in handling full sets of accounts.
  • Proactive. Meticulous. Initiative.
  • Possess good communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge & usage of accounting systems preferred
  • Should be familiar with the current GST requirement
