The opportunity where you will make an impact: Develop and drive the Nordic marketing plan. Develop clear brand positioning across product range aligned with European teams with clear focus on Nutramino and ON. Development and implementation of communication strategy across markets leveraging learning’s from central team. Manage external and internal agencies in the delivery of marketing tools/activities. Working closely with the commercial team supporting sales activities across Nordics. Work closely with innovation team to lead development of products that are relevant to target audience; develop launch plans for key new products. Lead Nutramino innovation agenda for Nordics including Europe. Maintain an awareness of competitor marketing activity.

What you will bring to GPN: Proven Brand Marketing experience within Consumer Goods environment. Strong understanding of full marketing mix including brand positioning and developing new opportunities through consumer insight. Experience in agency management, strategic marketing, creative development, brand planning and new product development. Passion for performance/physique sports would be advantageous. Experience of managing in complex network organisations and across boundaries. Excellent communicator and influencing skills at a senior level. High energy, high creativity but ability to work through the basics too. Results orientated strategic thinker and creative problem solver. Ability to work under own initiative.
