The Application Support Analyst is critical to making this happen and will:

Contribute to the achievement of the high-end Funds Technology objectives by maintaining and improving the performance, reliability and availability of multi-platform business critical applications.
Contribute to the process, skills, and technology improvements so Information Technology teams can provide quality, effective and efficient support of the Bank’s systems.
Actively drive the development, delivery and improve processes in relation to multi-platform business critical applications.
Provide technical guidance and development to technical teams delivering customer solutions based from an application support perspective.

Role location: Auckland

Role Type: Permanent, requirement for flexibility to be rostered on-call

Ōu Pūkenga? - What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

A depth of experience including environment builds, application deployments and management of server operating infrastructure Windows/Linux.
ServiceNow experience, with an Incident, Change, Problem background
You will have an excellent communication style, with a natural flair for engaging with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of SSL certificates and Web App Firewalls
SQL and PowerShell experience, with automation skills are welcomed
Infrastructure monitoring experience is welcomed.
