THE ROLE:

As an HR Administrator you will support the continued growth and be a part of our small centralized HR team, you will be based at the company's headquarters in Amsterdam.

You will report to our Global HR Operations Lead and be responsible for day-to-day HR administrative and operational support. Ideally, you will have experience working in a fast-paced, international and entrepreneurial business environment. We have circa 550 employees from more than 40 nationalities, based in our offices in Amsterdam, France, Spain, UK, Singapore, USA, United Arab Emirates, Phillipines, Argentina, Brazil and Poland.

This role requires a high degree of discretion and the ability to manage confidential & sensitive information. Our culture is informal and direct. We are extremely customer centric. We believe in teamwork, and don’t like egos and hierarchy. We make decisions quickly

Desired Skills and Experience

The Responsibilities

Here are how your day-today responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure an accurate and up-to-date administration of all employee records (i.e. sick leave, holidays, employment agreements, employee performance cycle, HR inbox)
  • Administrative tasks: preparing contracts, HR letters etc.
  • Onboarding and off boarding employees
  • Work together with the HR Advisor in coordinating the timely and accurate processing of the payroll by administrating mutations and liaising with the external payroll partner
  • Processing mutations and managing personnel information systems in an effective way
  • Administer all employee benefits (pension, health insurance assistance, overtime, gratifications) as well as other HR processes such as annual leave, sick leave, etc.
  • Work closely with Office Management to facilitate the best working environment for our people.

The Skills And Experience

  • Excellent Team player - be an integral part of our global HR team and work closely with HR team members;
  • Solid administrative skills
  • Minimum of 2 + years’ relevant experience in HR and/or payroll administration in an HRIS tool, ideally in a multinational / international environment
  • Knowledge of Dutch labour law and regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexible and detail oriented
  • Ability to follow up and meet deadlines; Must be able to work self-directed and be proactive
  • Must have high standard of discretion and integrity
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch & English essential
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), experience with HRIS systems
  • Focus on continuous improvement in HR processes
  • Available for at least 4 days per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €3,083.00 - €3,333.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • 1066 JR Amsterdam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • HR Administrator: 1 year (Required)
