ABOUT THE JOB
As the Product Owner you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring consistency between the needs of end-users and stakeholders, as reflected in the vision of the product, its delivery, and its deployment & adoption.
- Understanding the business needs, and structures translating them into the backlog, and envisioning different solutions to those needs
- Prioritizing, planning, and communicating the steps identified to deliver the product
- Contributing to business results by delivering products with high value for the organization, unlocking new capabilities, and ensuring high-quality IT delivery.
- Managing the P&L of the product.
- Ensuring Factory Production Continuity with IT always-on and IT Cybersecurity
- Ensuring digital project implementation of OT Level
ABOUT YOU
You will gain a great success in this role, because:
- You have experience in the technology-related field- customer-facing experience
- You have experience in IT Infrastructure (servers, network)
- You have experience in OT topics
- You have experience leading work streams or small teams
- You have business sense. Good knowledge of the business, the customers, and the Technology market
- You have knowledge about user experience and value journey
- You have technical expertise for the definition of the Product and its vision
- You have knowledge of Agile Frameworks & delivery models
- You are charismatic, with a leadership attitude, self-starter spirit, and autonomy
- You have good communication and negotiation skills
