Kitchen Administrator [Malaysia]


 

1. To assist the Area Executive Chef in liaising with all departments in the company especially Food and Beverage for upgrading of food quality and keeping up with the ever-changing market trends.

2. Assisting all the kitchen ambassadors via administrative duties.

3. Assist in the preparation and restructuring of kitchen administration to a level of efficiency. This also includes its documentation and filing system control.

4. Reports directly to the Area Executive Chef to assist him in his daily errands as well as own scope of work. Also help all Sous Chefs as and when the need demands.

5. To show a good example in terms of performing tasks with speed, initiative and motivation.

6. Control of administrative duties.

7. Organize for completion of all assigned duties up to level expected.

8. Updating of information for the Chef’s knowledge.

9. Typing and taking short Minutes of Kitchen Meetings.

10. No confirmation of menus without the Area Executive Chef’s permission.

11. Cannot release written documents without Chef’s approval.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Kitchen Staff: 1 year (Preferred)
