Navan Hire & Hardware, is a leading provider of plant and access hire in the North East. We are currently recruiting for a workshop manager to join our team.
The role of the Workshop Foreman is to ensure efficiency and viability of the workshop department and simultaneously enhancing customer service and uptime of machines.
Duties include:
Work scheduling for engineers.
Using reports and KPI’s to ensure highest standard.
Invoicing of service and repair works.
Ensure best workshop practice is adhered to.
Implement policies and procedures as required.
Training and developing engineers and workshop staff.
Skills & requirements:
At least 5 years mechanical or plant fitting experience necessary.
Ability to coach and train engineers.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
