Job Description
Radio Broker Ink LLC is seeking a full-time dispatcher to join our team. This position will be responsible for the overall operations of the dispatch center and will work closely with the Operations Manager and other dispatchers. The ideal candidate will have a background in transportation, logistics, or customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate person or department
- Enter orders into fleet management software
- Process customer payments and invoices
- Process customer returns
- Process vehicle inspections and vehicle registration renewals
- Ensure that all paperwork for new vehicles, vehicles in process of being delivered, or vehicle returns are completed and/or signed.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Experience and Skills
- 1+ years of experience as a dispatcher or similar position in a transportation company (preferred)
- Knowledge of fleet management software (SyteLine preferred)
- Experience with AS400 operating system (preferred)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high pressure environment (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a customer service focus (preferred)

Pay: $19.67 - $23.69 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
