YOUR MISSION:

  • Execute the business strategy for the market to achieve brand objectives and financial targets, for the categories Swiss Army Knives and Cutlery, in the European distributor markets

    Establish a distribution master plan and implement the global distribution framework by ensuring online and offline accessibility
  • Achieving a profitable & sustainable distribution in Blades
  • Ensure implementation and give input to adaptation of the global merch. assortments in collaboration with the Merchandising Team Europe
  • Execute the sales master plan by grouping accounts, defining investments and implementing a differentiated service and support structure
  • Establish an annual business plan for negotiated accounts in close cooperation with the European Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising Teams
  • Leading and coaching the Blades Sales Team and ensuring collaboration within local organizations, global channels, own e-commerce and HQ
  • Ensuring a consistent and harmonized consumer journey across all channels and markets

YOUR PROFILE:
We are looking for a strong leader with appropriate tertiary level education, with focus on marketing, communication, product development, etc. You have several years of professional experience in an international brand environment and have led interdisciplinary teams. You use your affinity or knowledge in the premium segment in a targeted manner to advance the Victorinox brand. You are result-oriented and make analytical decisions, taking into account the relevant fact-based factors. Thanks to your leadership qualities, you maintain a cooperative network, act at eye level and create a culture of trust. With your very good English skills you will complete your profile, fluent German is an advantage.
