Requirements:
- Matric
- Degree in computer science or a related field is preferable.
- Professional certification (e.g. CCNS, CISSP, MCSE).
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
- Must be available immediately
- Must have a valid Passport
Duties:
- Identifies information sources, develops survey and data gathering techniques, and collects data.
- Research, analysis, interpretation, and classification of data are used to organize information.
- Overcomes retrieval issues by modifying design to suit specifications.
- Gathers, evaluates, and summarizes data to create reports.
- Creates operational instructions as a reference for users.
- Maintains historical records by logging system modifications and updates.
- Keeps information private, upholds client confidence, and safeguards operations.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge through taking part in professional societies, reading professional publications, attending educational courses, and building personal networks.
- Contributes to the team's work by completing pertinent tasks as necessary.
- Establishes and updates databases after consulting with analysts and programmers to code and retrieve data.
- Installing new hardware and software components.
- Regularly assessing IT systems to make sure they fulfill requirements.
- Helping with network management responsibilities.

- Resolving all software and IT problems that coworkers may be experiencing.
