Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure an efficient day to day delivery and monitoring of the T&E process
- Daily export of the T&E report from the system
- Perform accurate checks for the T&E based on procedure
- Make sure that VAT rules are applied accordingly
- Check that supporting documentation are accurately updated on the platform
- Liaise with Local business to tackle queries
- Participating in the reporting on the T&E activities
- Looking for areas for improvement
- Taking an active role in P2P projects
Who Are We Looking For
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Good analytical & integrative thinking ability
- Language capabilities: English (fluent)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or related
- Beginner experience in T&E is an advantage but not mandatory
- Experience in SAP is an advantage but not mandatory
