Do you have a interest for the field of Human Resources and Recruitment, like working in a fast-paced environment, and do you have an orientation towards details? Then you might be our new Student Assistant in our Talent Acquisition (TA) team located at our headquarter in Viby.

What will you be working on?

You will join our TA team with 9 colleagues, and as we’re part of an international HR team, you will get the opportunity to collaborate with both Danish and international colleagues working with recruitment, assessment and employer branding,

The sections below will give you an indication of the tasks in the job, but we do not expect you to know everything or execute perfectly in everything you do. The most important thing for us is that you see yourself in these tasks and you would like to develop the required skills.

Support the recruitment of Student Assistants/Interns

On an ongoing basis, you will support the recruitment process of Student Assistants and Interns in Denmark. This means acting as the point-of-contact and subject matter expert for Hiring Managers with regards to job ad proofreading, sending interview invitations and assessments, ensure proper follow-up, and create contracts.

Take part in our recruitment processes for our F15 and Production Management Graduate Programmes

From November to March, we recruit for our graduate programmes in Arla Foods. During this period, you will play an active role in ensuring that all communication is handled smoothly (be first-point-of-contact for questions, send invites, coordinate with the internal stakeholders, etc.). Furthermore, you will assist with screening candidates, external communication, and other ad hoc tasks.

Employer Branding

Furthermore, you will also support in the planning and execution of local Employer Branding initiatives in Denmark, e.g. career fairs, case competitions, unformal visits at the educational institutions.

Who are you?
We are looking for a colleague who is independent, structured and have an eye for detail. As point-of-contact to the business, you are service-minded, a strong communicator and thrive in helping others. As you will be dealing with various tasks simultaneously, the ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize are key to succeed in the role. Further, we assume that you:

  • Will be able to work approximately 15 hours per week, with due consideration to your studies.
  • Have strong English skills in both written and spoken. We communicate in English – both formally and informally in team activities.
  • You need to be a digital native both in terms of presentation and communication – preferably an Office 365 superuser (wish, not a demand).

… But we also want to tailormade work to match your interests!

  • We have a lot going on and therefore we can be flexible with additional projects and tasks. So, please be open in your application and share what you are interested in. In the end, we want people in our team to be passionate about what they do and come to work motivated.

Upcoming internship opportunity

We are also open for a student assistant who is interested in taking up an internship role in the autumn semester 2023 (approximately from September - December) or during spring 2024 (January/February - June).
