THE ROLE:


This administrative position is responsible for the operational and service aspects of our client’s business – a world-leading Teleradiology company with offices in London and Dubai. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the post holder will work full-time in a shift-based pattern covering 24/7 operations. This role requires a dedicated individual who can manage the demands of a fast-paced environment and ensure seamless business operations. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized and detailed oriented person who wants to make a positive impact to people’s lives. Our client provides detailed training to orientate successful candidates to the role.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Swiftly responding to customer calls and emails, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Utilizing our client’s proprietary products to assign radiology examinations to senior doctors (radiologists) on our IT systems.
  • Assisting radiologists in troubleshooting problems related to radiology examinations, such as missing information.
  • Manipulating data volumes to facilitate assignment and customer liaison tasks.
  • Collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of the correct scans to the appropriate radiologists, minimizing any delays in patient reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS:


  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute.
