Role
We are seeking an experienced HR expert to join our boutique consulting firm and lead the client analysis and relationship building efforts for our Workday consulting services in the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) region. The Manager will be responsible for communication with key accounts, verification of top challenges for HR executives and their teams, identifying planned projects and their scopes, as well as maintaining and growing existing relationships with HR departments at various organizations in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain key client personas and documentation to understand their needs
- Meet with key account executives and verify their HR Tech plans, challenges and visions concerning Workday development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with HR departments at various organizations in the DACH region together with the production team
- Maintain and grow existing relationships with key HR departments in the DACH region by traveling to client locations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of Workday consulting services to clients
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in Workday consulting to ensure that the company's services remain competitive in the DACH region
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for the DACH region
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of success in (or with) HR Tech teams, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday consulting services enviroment in the DACH region
- Strong understanding of the Workday consulting industry, including trends and developments in the DACH region
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the DACH region
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
