Location: Minhang, Shanghai, China
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pilot/industrial trials

Prepare and submit experimental samples for chemical analysis and sensory evaluation.
Document all work performed and results obtained in English, in a manner that is thorough, well organized and readily understood by others.
Interact with other departments within the organization and external suppliers on obtaining starting materials, buying lab equipment and chemicals, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
We Value:
Bachelor or Master degree in food science, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals or related chemistry field. Preferably 3+ years experience in solvent extraction, centrifugation and/or other separation techniques.
High degree of scientific integrity and personal responsibility.
Ability to carry out laboratory experiments and procedures in a meticulous yet timely manner, and collect data that are accurate and reproducible.
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to safe work practices.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
Resourceful, energetic, highly motivated.
