Job Responsibilities :
- Provides recruiting expertise to find attract and hire the talent needed
- Identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing, develop and implement new recruitment/ assessment tools based on market research.
- Provide a positive experience for every candidates from the application stage to offer through direct engagement and interaction throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Continuously review and improve overall recruitment systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Participate in all the Career Fair and Company Events.

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
