Job Responsibilities :

  • Provides recruiting expertise to find attract and hire the talent needed
  • Identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing, develop and implement new recruitment/ assessment tools based on market research.
  • Provide a positive experience for every candidates from the application stage to offer through direct engagement and interaction throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Continuously review and improve overall recruitment systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Participate in all the Career Fair and Company Events.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduate who desires for Personal Growth is encouraged to apply
  • Working in a team
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM2,800.00 per month
