Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our trading company based in Abu Dhabi. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing all human resources activities to support the organization's goals and objectives. Our company specializes in trading high-quality flooring products, and we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Partner with management to identify staffing needs and lead the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in the UAE, preferably within the trading or construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations issues with tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
