JOB ROLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

CLIENT: RETAIL STORE

LOCATION: VICTORIA ISLAND LAGOS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide effective calendar management and set up meetings
  • Receive calls and respond to emails
  • Arrange travels, bookings, and accomodatiin
  • Remind the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Provide administrative support
  • Typing, complying and preparing reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A graduate of any discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Personal or Executive assistance: 3 years (Preferred)
