We are now looking for a Project Management Line Manager who will ensure customer value and happiness through efficient service delivery.
In this role you will lead a team of highly skilled Program and Project Managers, drive continuous improvement of the ways of working, engage in organizational transformation and establish PM community for continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Drive program execution supporting MSN Strategy and improve overall organization Program/Project competence and capability.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage members of the team
- Set and follow-up individual goals, provide coaching, ensure compliance to integrity goals
- Drive Competence and Career Management
- Develop plans for individual / team development connected to business needs
- Drive everyday learning
- Manage Pay, Rewards & Recognition
- Set salaries, recognize and award individuals for achievements and for behaviors consistent with our values
- Ensure the wellbeing of the team, support optimal work-life balance, ensure adherence to OHS regulations
- Manage compliance violations
- Foster Speak Up culture and report any concerns of potential violations of Ericsson’s COBE
- Support investigations of potential compliance violations and remedial actions as required
- Act as per Ericsson Leadership Framework
- Hands-on, engaged in Program/Project Governance
- Support, guide and coach the Project Managers
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Ability to work under pressure

- Strong analytical skills, organized and methodological
- Effective meeting management, team management and organizational skills
- At least 10-15 years of experience in general and at least 10 years of experience in project management

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Masters or Engineering Graduate (BE/BTech/) with Business Administrations (MBA)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of Managed Services business and Managed Services Delivery Platform (MSDP) - desirable
- PMI certified - desirable
- Previous Line Management experience – desirable.
