Territory Manager [South Korea]

We are looking for a results-oriented and passionate Territory Manager who has good communications skills, both written and verbal, in English, to join our team developing our consumer distribution in ASEAN region and supporting channel partner managers in region. The individual should be willing to travel for work on a required basis.

What you’ll do:

    Build long term relationship with the key channel partners and be the first point of contact.
  • Collaborate with channel partner managers to create execution plans with key partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic plans for growth.
  • Partner and support distributor in planning and execution of Bose GTM strategy
  • Day to day support and coordination needed by Channel partner managers.
  • Achieve target revenue, and gross margin objectives.
  • Manage sell-in performance and steer sell-through activities.
  • Trains distributor sales reps on go-to-market elements (e.g., promotion, value proposition, etc)
  • Apply structure and standards to day-to-day account management.
  • Document all sales opportunities in CRM software.
  • Monthly product forecast preparation and sales pipeline analysis
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure partner needs are adequately met.

What you have:
  • At least 7 years of experience in delivering growth in B2B sales management and distributor management.
  • Experience in handling Key accounts across multiple geographies
  • Experience handling Distributors / Resellers in the ASEAN region
  • Extensive knowledge about consumer electronics industry
  • Extensive experience with marketing planning and execution (Online and offline)
  • Strong results orientation, Interpersonal relationship & training skills
  • Experience in Business performance management, market development & remote account management
  • Product forecasting and Sales budgeting skills
  • Fluency in English language
