As a German Customer Service Representative for a German car brand, you will provide excellent support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with questions and resolve their issues efficiently. You will also maintain accurate customer records in our database and take ownership of customer issues, such as arranging a service appointment, connecting their mobile phone to their car, and providing assistance in case of a breakdown.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding our products and services
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer records in our database
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Prior customer service experience preferred

Salary: From 2,344.00€ per month
